DESCRIPTION:Collaroy SLSC wants to help improve our members swimming ability.With the new season approaching as well as Skills Updates and Bronze and SRC Courses just around the corner we’re again offering Swimming Skills Training commencing September 5. \n  \nThe swimming hour is free and open to all members: \nImprove swim stroke and technique in swimming.\nImprove water endurance and physical health\nImprove fitness and speed.\nYounger members who wish to swim further and improve in all areas of swimming.\nTrain for their upcoming bronze medallion and SRC. \n\n\n  \nFor more information click here.
