DESCRIPTION:2024 Annual General Meeting.\n  \nNotice is hereby given that the one hundred and twelfth Annual General Meeting of the members of the Club will be held at the Collaroy Surf Lifesaving Club on Sunday\, 4th August 2024 at 11.00 am. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUSINESS: \n1. The adoption of the minutes of the one hundred and eleventh AGM held on Sunday\, 6th August 2023. \n2. Presentation and adoption of the Financial Statements for the Season 2023 – 2024. \n3. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report for the Season 2023 – 2024. \n4. Member Awards – Service Awards \n5. Election of office bearers and general committee members for the Season 2024 – 2025. \n6. General Business. \na) Motions to endorse Patron\, Vice Patron\, and Honorary Officers \nb) Motion to affiliate with SLSA for 2024-25 season \nc) Motion to appoint auditors for 2024-25 season \n\nNominations for Club Positions\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNominations are now open for the following club positions to be confirmed at the coming AGM: \n  \n– Executive (President\, Vice-president\, Treasurer\, Secretary\, Club Captain\, Nipper Chair) \n– General Committee \n– Life Membership sub-committee (comprising Four (4) Life members\, One (1) Distinguished Service Member) \n  \nClick here for the nomination form\, one form to be completed per position nominated from the list above. \nMembers wishing to stand for any of the positions above are asked to complete the nomination form attached and have two current club members endorse completed the nomination form. \nDetails of roles may be found in the club constitution on the website under Members/Publications here. \nQuestions about positions may be directed to the President or to the Secretary. \nNominations close Saturday 27th July\, 2024.
