Your decision to join Collaroy Surf Life Saving club, is the first step to becoming a member of a vital community service.
Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club is one of the largest clubs on the Northern Beaches, with over 600 members, and one of the largest in New South Wales. It boasts numerous Australian, NSW and branch Champions in its membership.
Your time as a member of Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club will be very rewarding; you’ll have a great time, make new friends, develop new skills all whilst performing a valuable community service.
As a member of the Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club you will have the opportunity to spend plenty of time at the beach, have access to surf equipment, the club gym, & access to all club facilities. You also have the opportunity to compete in lifesaving competitions, and will be welcomed at all club social functions.
If you have any questions regarding the Club or its surf lifesaving activities, please contact our club secretary. The most effective means of finding out what is happening in the Club is via email – all enquires and questions are answered as promptly as possible, key contacts are listed in the contact us section.

TRANSFER YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to transfer to Collaroy from another club you need to fill in a Transfer Form. The same form is used if you wish to compete for Collaroy but also remain a member of your club. In either case you will be required to get your club to sign off on your membership status at your club (ie Active Reserve) and how many patrol hours you completed last season.
Once all the details have been filled out for you and your club, please mail the form to the Secretary at the below address, or fax it to 9971 0751.

Patrolling only members (must be on a full patrol roster)
60 years plus (any Category) please add on competition levy if competing
Pay before 31st October 2013 $10.00
Pay after 31st October 2013 $60.00
Associate Members, Distinguished Service, Long Service, Active
Reserve, Open, Under 23,19,17&15 please add competition levy if competing
Pay before 31st October 2013 $50.00

RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you would like to renew your existing membership, please download and complete the Collaroy SLSC membership form and Working With Children form
Please submit the forms and pay via the below options.
- Renew on line (www.surflifesavingonline.com.au) and pay by EFT
- Renew on line and pay by cheque
- Post in your form with a cheque
- Post in your form and pay by EFT
- Renew in person at the AGM on the 9th October, or October 16th 9am to 12 noon
- Contact our registrar and competition director to make other arrangements (details are below)
